Welcome to Pawsport. By using the app you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the service.

What Pawsport is

Pawsport is a dog care app: a digital vet passport, health reminders, shared family care, and help finding lost dogs. The service is provided free of charge, “as is”.

Your account

• You are responsible for keeping access to your account safe and for what happens in it.
• Please give accurate information. When you invite someone into your family, you give them access to the records of the dogs you share.
• You can delete your account at any time from your profile, together with the data tied to it.

Community rules (the Rescue section)

• Use the rescue features for what they are for — finding lost dogs and bringing them home.
• Post accurate information and only contact details you are willing to share. Notices and the phone number in them are visible to other people using the app.
• Not allowed: false notices, spam, harassment, misuse of someone else's contact details, or anything unlawful.
• We may remove a notice or restrict access if these rules are broken.

Content you add

You keep ownership of the photos and information you upload. By adding them you allow us to store and display that content as part of running the app — for example, showing your dog's photo in a lost dog notice. Please don't upload content you don't have the rights to.

An important note

Health reminders are a helper, not a replacement for a veterinarian. Decisions about treatment, vaccination and care belong with a professional. We can't guarantee that a lost dog will be found, and we are not responsible for the actions of other people using the app.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”, without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses connected with use of the app.

Changes and discontinuation

We may update these terms and the features of the app. If you keep using the service after a change, you accept the updated terms.
